The conference takes place at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort. We have negotiated a special rate with the conference hotel of US$199.00 per night single, US$209.00 per night double, plus taxes and service charge. Unfortunately, this year the rate does not include breakfast. Complimentary wifi is available for Marriott Rewards members—membership is free of charge and it's possible to sign up upon arrival, but it's advised to do so in advance.

This rate is run-of-house, which means that the room category is determined by availability at the time of check-in. We have also negotiated special (higher) rates for specific room categories for those who want them.

We have blocked 70 rooms for conference attendees that will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rooms are on a space-available basis. You are encouraged to make your reservation as early as possible and no later than January 24, 2026 in order to ensure the rate and availability. After the cutoff date any remaining rooms in the block that have not been reserved will be released by the hotel for sale to other guests. The group rate might not be offered after this date even if there is room availability. March is high season in the Caribbean and the hotel may be fully booked.

Update: The cutoff date for reservations has passed, but the hotel has agreed to continue to take bookings at the group rate (at their discretion and subject to hotel inventory availability) and additional rooms have been added to the block (some of which may be in the separate Garden Houses rather than the main building). Note that the hotel is sold out on February 26 and 27, so rooms are currently available only from February 28 on. If the above reservation link no longer works or shows no availability, you can contact the hotel directly and confirm on a case-by-case basis. If the regular reservations agent is unable to help you, ask for Olivene Henry, who coordinates group reservations.
